Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense. KBR is seeking an Intelligence Mission Performance Analyst to provide analytic and quantitative assessment support to evaluate Intelligence Community (IC) mission performance relative to national intelligence priorities. Supports IC and ODNI senior leadership and national-level policymakers through policy-relevant analyses, with a regional focus on Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia, informing security, economic, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Evaluate IC mission outputs, including disseminated intelligence reporting, and assess resources aligned to the National Intelligence Program (NIP), with emphasis on Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia-related mission sets Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments of mission performance against the National Intelligence Priorities Framework (NIPF) and other operational dimensions, including collection disciplines, platforms, and analytic capabilities Develop and apply mission performance metrics and analytic methodologies to address priority mission, policy, and resource-allocation questions Produce defect-free, leadership-level analytic deliverables consistent with a deliverables-based contract, ensuring transparency and traceability from methodology to findings Prepare Mission Performance Assessments, supporting methodology and metrics documentation, and records of stakeholder engagements Identify analytic gaps, emerging trends, and data anomalies across the intelligence cycle, particularly related to regional security, WMD, and economic security issues in Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia Support interagency coordination and contribute analytic input to senior leader briefings and planning discussionsWork Environment:

Standard Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience.Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph Experience working within the Intelligence Community or in direct support of IC missions, preferably with Korea, Japan, and/or Southeast Asia regional expertise Strong research, quantitative analysis, and analytic writing skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to senior audiences Demonstrated experience producing peer-reviewed intelligence products (typically 3-5 pages) Ability to manage multiple analytic tasks and deliverables in a high-tempo environment Excellent time-management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsBasic Compensation:
$173,400 - $260,100 This range is for the Maryland area only The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
