Position Overview:

As the Interim Assistant Director of Nursing , you will provide hands-on clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and help ensure compliance and quality outcomes during this short-term assignment. Requirements:

Active RN License (IL) Previous leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting Strong clinical expertise with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance standards
