Interim Manager of PACU/ENDO

Snapshot:

Provide day-to-day operational leadership for PACU and Endoscopy services Oversee ~30 FTEs and support staffing, scheduling, timecards, safety events, and daily operations Drive accountability, physician relationships, and frontline visibility across the department Support upcoming EPIC go-live and operational transition initiatives Help stabilize workflow and culture while leading change management efforts

Ideal Candidate:

Strong outpatient / PACU leadership experience required Endoscopy experience strongly preferred BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred Hands-on leader with ability to implement change Must be comfortable managing conflict, accountability, and operational issues in real time Interim Leadership at

$3,200.00 per week
