Interim Nurse Manager of Behavioral Health

Snapshot:

Provide leadership for a 24-bed inpatient Behavioral Health unit serving adolescent and adult populations Support ~50 FTEs in partnership with another Co-Nurse Manager Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, and team performance Address attendance, behavioral, and workflow challenges within the unit Establish structure, policies, and operational consistency across the department

Ideal Candidate:

Inpatient Behavioral Health leadership experience required Experience managing mixed-acuity inpatient psych populations BSN + Compact RN license required Proven ability to manage staff accountability and drive unit stability Interim Leadership at

13-week contract with potential to extend W2 Pay, paid weekly - $3600/wk Available to start within 2-3 weeks of offer acceptance Paid housing, travel, and rental car for candidates residing 50+ miles from facility 2 paid travel days per month Full benefits at no cost: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k
