Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-kept. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This Job includes the option of Landscaping , Clean Outs , Painting, Pressure Washing, Interior Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Steam Cleaning. This is most of what we do however, other jobs do come up. Responsibilities Be reliable, keep your word, If something happens call and let us know. Show up, pay attention, ask questions, don't quit No Drugs or Alcohol Have your own transportation Look Presentable Keep an open mind and be willing to learn Be polite and respectful Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including counter tops, tables, and equipment. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members. Experience with cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
