Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day team operations and project execution Work on a defined project or deliverable aligned to business needs Conduct research, analysis, and/or reporting as needed Collaborate with cross-functional partners Attend team meetings and contribute ideas Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing work and outcomes What You'll Gain Hands-on experience working on real business initiatives Exposure to cross-functional teams and leadership Development of professional and technical skills Opportunity to build a network within Evenflo Consideration for future internship or full-time opportunities Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's program Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment Preferred Relevant coursework or internship experience Analytical or technical skills (Excel, data analysis, etc.) Interest in consumer products, marketing, operations, or related fields
