Job Description

SUMMARY:
This intern is primarily responsible for assisting a Financial Planning & Analysis Consultant to develop models, forecasting tools and work on company projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with Noel Navarro at RockyPeak, Inc. on quarterly forecasting model Update real estate cash flow projections for Harvest, Independence Apartments, East Area II and Limco Del Mar with future cash flows and Net Present Values Create 2 lemon models with
Vice President of Farming:
current state of lemons and future state of lemons trellised for Chik fil A business Support the Accounting team with daily administrative tasks Perform all other duties as directed by the
