Our Builder Management Internship is a 9-week program from June 1st through July 31st . The internship will be based in the office (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM) at the LG North America Innovation Campus (HQ) in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $25.00-28.00 . The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience. The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program's end. The main project for the Builder Management Intern is: - Securing sales and business visibility through efficient management of the builder project pipeline. Responsibilities To support the daily operations of the Team with daily builder sales summary and quote/award progress summary Weekly Builder Pipeline Management and analysis Analysis of Quote behavior and success factors by region Organizing builder product/installation-related issues for sales staff and proposing solutions Qualifications Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University. Rising Sophomore, Rising Junior in a business, data, or analytics related major is preferred Basic skills in quantitative data analysis and be proficient in using Excel for creating charts and infographics Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google, Teams, and AI-based drawing tools is required for visualizing ideas Curiosity and enthusiasm for customer observation, the ability to extract meaningful insights, and strong communication skills are essential qualities Mindset grounded in design thinking and the ability to approach and solve problems creatively Strong communication skills, outgoing personality LI-DB#1 Recruiting Range $25 - $28
