Job Description

Nurse Practitioner Geriatric / Long-Term Care Full-Time Weekday Schedule Meaningful, Relationship-Based Care Step into a role where your clinical expertise and compassion truly matter. We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) to provide patient-centered primary care services within long-term care and skilled nursing settings.
