Job Description We are seeking a visionary Senior International Policy Strategist to architect and implement high-impact policy frameworks that address systemic global challenges. This role will anchor our initiatives in evidence-based analysis, multilateral diplomacy, and innovative governance models, driving actionable solutions for sustainable development, trade resilience, and geopolitical stability. The ideal candidate will operate at the nexus of academia, diplomacy, and intergovernmental processes, shaping agendas for institutions such as the UN, WTO, and regional bodies. Requirements Key Responsibilities I Policy Analysis & Development Conduct in-depth research and analysis on global political, economic, and social trends, focusing on regions critical to the organization's mission (e.g., Europe, CIS, Asia-Pacific) .Advise governments, NGOs, and international bodies on policy frameworks, ensuring alignment with sustainable development goals and geopolitical realities.

Draft evidence-based policy briefs, white papers, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders . II Strategic Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement Represent the organization in high-level dialogues with policymakers, international organizations (e.g., EU, UN), and civil society.

Build coalitions and partnerships to advance policy agendas, including organizing conferences and roundtables . III Monitoring & Evaluation Track legislative changes and policy impacts across jurisdictions, providing real-time updates to clients .Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented policies and propose adjustments to stakeholders . IV Cross-Cultural Communication Translate complex policy issues into accessible insights for diverse audiences, including multilingual reports and presentations .
Qualifications Education:
