BDC / Internet Sales Specialist - Automotive Experience Required Emerald Motors - Blaine, WA Emerald Motors is a fast-growing, high-volume dealership looking for an experienced Automotive BDC / Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. Previous automotive dealership experience is required. We are looking for someone who understands urgency, follow-up, lead conversion, CRM management, and how to properly communicate with customers in a dealership environment. The right candidate must be highly organized, motivated, professional on the phone, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads via phone, text, email, and chat Set appointments and follow up consistently with customers Manage and maintain CRM activities and customer communication Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and sold units Conduct outbound follow-up calls on unsold traffic, prior customers, and aged leads Assist with inventory merchandising and vehicle availability communication Promote dealership specials, financing options, and incoming inventory Maintain strong customer service and communication throughout the sales process Requirements Previous automotive dealership experience is

REQUIRED
