EXPERIENCED
Internet Sales Manager to lead, develop, and maximize our digital sales operations. This is an opportunity for a driven automotive professional who understands lead management, CRM performance, appointment conversion, and building a high-performing internet sales process. If you have dealership internet sales leadership experience and know how to turn leads into appointments, appointments into showroom traffic, and traffic into sold units — we want to connect.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all internet sales operations and lead processes Drive lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-sale conversion performance Manage follow-up activities through VinSolutions CRM (calls, texts, email, video) Monitor lead response times and sales pipeline effectiveness Coach and support sales staff on internet process, follow-up, and closing strategies Handle outbound lead generation and customer engagement efforts Partner with leadership to improve digital sales performance and customer experience Track KPIs, conversion metrics, and reporting to identify growth opportunities Ensure online inventory presentation and customer communication standards remain strong
Qualifications:
Automotive dealership internet sales management experience
REQUIRED
Experience with VinSolutions CRM strongly preferred Proven success managing internet leads, appointments, and conversion performance Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Experience in automotive sales, BDC operations, or sales management required Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong negotiation, organization, and customer engagement skills Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
