Key Responsibilities Guest Engagement:
Greet customers on the showroom floor and handle internet/phone inquiries with a professional and upbeat demeanor.
Consultative Selling:
Ask discovery questions to understand guest needs and recommend the ideal Chevrolet model
Product Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of Chevrolet's features, industry-leading warranties, and latest vehicle technology.
Demonstrations:
Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives to highlight safety, performance, and value.
Pipeline Management:
Use our Vinsolutions to diligently follow up with unsold prospects and maintain contact with previous owners to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Transaction Coordination:
Work closely with the Finance Department to explain lease/purchase options and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Previous retail or automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex financing (equity, depreciation, residual value) in simple terms.
Drive:
A "self-starter" mentality with a hunger to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and social media for lead generation.
Licensing:
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Availability:
Ability to work a retail schedule, including Saturdays (closed on Sundays).
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
