Internet Sales Representative Job Description as follows (but not limited to): Vin Devers Autohaus of Sylvania is an authorized Audi & Mercedes-Benz dealership, located in Sylvania, OH. As part of the Business Development Team here at Vin Devers Autohaus of Sylvania, we are looking for a team orientated, organized & goal driven business professional. The goal of the Internet Sales Representative is to communicate with potential clients, (by their preferred method of communication: phone, texting and/or email) qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and setting appointments, meetings and/or calls with these prospects for our sales team. We expect the Internet Sales Rep. to communicate with these potential clients through our online/computer based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Proper scheduling (for both short-term & long-term follow-up), data entry and organization is also expected within the CRM system. While the main goal of scheduling appointments & test-drives for the dealership is crucial, it is also the Internet Sales Rep's utmost responsibility to provide our potential and existing clients with the highest quality of customer satisfaction! Applicant must possess the following qualities: Goal driven Professional phone etiquette Professional email drafting Professional typing/grammar Must have knowledge and/or understanding of basic computer functionality Organizational skills Works well in an office setting with others Able to keep up in a fast paced environment Knowledge of the automotive industry is helpful but not required
