Immediately Job Description Hopedale Public Schools is looking for on-call Spanish and Portuguese interpreters to provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation and/or sight translation between English and the designated target language during a variety of District and school meetings, school evening events and home communication to assist District personnel, students and parents. Hours are flexible and dependent on interpreters availability.

• Provide translation support with telephone calls; greet and assist visitors; respond to inquiries regarding District translation and interpretation services and provide general information and assistance to callers and visitors
• Communicate with District personnel and outside agencies to clarify terms to be translated, exchange information, coordinate activities and resolve concerns
• Support families in the district in all communications to build connection and relationships between the community and schools Hourly rate is $25.
