Supports district-wide inventory and asset management activities; develops, implements, and maintains a comprehensive asset tracking system for all district equipment in compliance with district policy, USFR requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Valid Arizona driver's license Ability to compose inventory reports and documentation for administrative, audit, and compliance purposes Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple inventory projects simultaneously Ability to compose inventory reports and documentation Familiarity with computerized asset or inventory management systems Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database reporting tools Experience working in a K-12 public school district, public sector, or large organization preferred Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Willingness to attend training when necessary Experience in inventory control, asset management, or related field preferred Must pass a background clearance Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance CardTERM OF EMPLOYMENT

: Hourly, Non-exemptPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Implements and maintains a standardized asset tracking method for all district-owned equipment Tags and tracks technology assets including, but not limited to, laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, audiovisual equipment, and peripherals Coordinates asset surplus and disposal processes in collaboration with Purchasing, IT, and Business Services Maintains confidentiality and safeguards sensitive financial and asset-related information Physically labels, identifies, and records devices, furniture, and equipment using asset tags Maintains a centralized asset inventory database Conducts site visits to document, verify, and reconcile existing assets Maintains accurate inventory records and updates asset status changes, including transfers, surplus, and disposals in accordance with USFR guidelines Monitors equipment lifecycles and assists with replacement planning Tracks missing, lost, or relocated items and assists in reducing loss or misplacement Prepares and provides inventory and asset reports to IT, finance, and site administrators Assists with annual and periodic physical inventory audits Collaborates with departments to ensure compliance with district asset control procedures Researches and resolves inventory discrepancies prior to final reporting Job responsibilities include areas where considerable financial liability may occur, requiring attention to detail and adherence to established procedures Many duties are not covered by specific procedures and require independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving Performs other job-related duties as assigned to advance district priorities.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
