Inventory and Outbound Analyst AWS/CES is looking for an Inventory and Outbound Analyst for our automotive manufacturing client
Location:
Jeffersonville, IN Schedule:
Must be flexible to work rotating shifts between days and nights 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM - 10:30
PM Pay:
$27/hr

Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Outbound Analyst to support material flow and outbound logistics operations at a paint facility serving a major automotive customer. This individual will act as the key liaison between the company, customer, and internal teams to ensure finished parts are sequenced, shipped, and delivered accurately to meet production demand. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary intermediary between the company and customer at the paint facility Procure correct finished parts from the manufacturing facility in Louisville Monitor paint progression to ensure parts are available and shipped on time Oversee shipping ASNs through SAP and support CSR issue resolution Control and track facility inventory movements through SAP Monitor customer supplier portals to ensure sequencing and shipment requirements are met Coordinate communication between the plant, painter, Penske/customer, and carriers Partner closely with the painter's materials supervisor and floor employees to support daily operations Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by the Materials Manager Qualifications Intermediate computer skills with ability to manage multiple systems/screens simultaneously Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Required) Experience with SAP (Preferred) Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to stand for the majority of the shift Leadership experience preferred Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Send your resume to carmen@canadianexecutivesearch.com CESGUS Apply For this Job × Company This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
