Inventory Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage inventory levels, oversee warehouse distribution activities, and ensure accurate data collection and analysis. Your efforts will support efficient supply chain operations, optimize stock management, and contribute to the seamless flow of materials within our organization. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records through regular data collection Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and root cause analysis to identify discrepancies and implement process improvements Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager on inbound shipments, shipping & receiving activities, and oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to optimize inventory levels, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage supplier relationships Create change orders as applicable Assist in logistics planning for production scheduling, demand forecasting, and stock stocking strategies to improve overall efficiency Manage and maintain our vehicle inventory fleet, overseeing annual updates on insurance cards and registrations, coordinating repairs and regular maintenance Skills Attention to detail and highly organized Ability to multitask and maintain inventory across multiple jobsites Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and warehouse distribution processes preferred Experience with procurement practices, category management, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiations preferred Ability to perform analysis skills related to inventory control, stock management, and process improvement initiatives Join us as an Inventory Clerk to play a crucial role in streamlining our supply chain operations while advancing your career in a fast-paced logistics environment!

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
