Job Description

Our office is partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Easton, PA, in their search for an Inventory Control Coordinator. If you're looking for a stable role with a supportive team and room to grow, this is a great opportunity.
Inventory Control Coordinator Details:
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm (Training on 1st shift 7am-3:30pm)
Pay:
Starting Rate $21-23

Easton, PA Inventory Control Coordinator Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in compliance with GMP requirements Perform cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and investigate discrepancies using documented root cause and corrective actions Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions in the ERP/MRP system, including lot traceability, FIFO, and material status control Coordinate material movement across receiving, quarantine, warehouse, production, and shipping, verifying release status prior to use Prepare and maintain audit‑ready inventory documentation and reports for internal, customer, and regulatory inspections Follow and enforce SOPs, GMP documentation practices, and plant safety and quality requirements Support quality systems through participation in audits, deviations, CAPA, and continuous improvement activities
Inventory Control Coordinator Requirements:
Experience in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse operations within a GMP‑regulated environment Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality system requirements Experience using ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions and reporting Understanding of lot traceability, FIFO, material status controls, and audit readiness Ability to investigate discrepancies and document findings using structured problem‑solving methods PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
