Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $22.50 / hour plus incentives. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately. The general schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Must be comfortable working in heights of over 20 feet off the ground. Overview The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for performing and keying cycle counts, working with leadership to analyze operations cycle counts, and maintaining inventory integrity. This position may also be responsible for one or more of the following job duties: receiving, stocking, and loading.
Primary Responsibilities Participate in inventory counts as directedResolve discrepancies including quantity errors, high/low issues, mis-shipsUnderstand and adhere to the safety rules and requirements in the workplaceEnsure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs, workplace accidents, and other safety issues are reported promptlyAttend safety meetings, and take safety classes, as neededResponsible for filling out equipment report before usageResponsible for meeting operational inventory efficiency goals and benchmarksOperate warehouse equipment, as neededPerform other job-related duties as assignedAdditional Primary Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experiencePhysical Demands Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds
Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required
