We are looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to support Energy Services by helping ensure parts, materials, and inventory are accurate, organized, and available when needed. What You'll Do Inventory Control & Organization Monitor inventory levels to support daily operational needs. Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits. Maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage areas. Track inventory movement and update inventory systems as needed. Maintain and create parts listings to support accurate inventory management. Help identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, organization, and efficiency. Data, Reporting & Problem Solving Prepare inventory reports and review data for accuracy. Investigate inventory discrepancies and help resolve issues in a timely manner. Communicate inventory needs, concerns, and updates clearly across departments. Support forecasting, replenishment, and order fulfillment processes. Use inventory systems and reporting tools to help teams make informed decisions. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, sales, service, and operations teams. Support team members who interact with inventory systems and processes. Assist with training and guidance related to inventory procedures. Help ensure materials are available to support customer service, service work, deliveries, and daily operations. Qualifications Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain support, parts management, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures. Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred. Ability to review data, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Ability to work 40+ hours per week and travel as needed. Valid Maine Driver's License required. Why Join R. H.
