Inventory Control/Logistics Leader

Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels. Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures. Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. The ideal candidate should be able to work with little to no supervision and intermediate experience with computers. There are no direct reports to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Has good math skills Ability to make decisions on inventory related issues Lift up to 40 pounds Lift above shoulder level Has the ability to work a flexible schedule and Multi-Task with adequate breaks. Bending and stooping, with some twisting Repetitive hand / arm motions Must be able to tolerate fluctuating seasonal temperature conditions. Knowledge of the Quality requirements for receiving and management of raw materials Forklift certified or the ability to become forklift certified This position is also responsible for the effective coordination of day to day line supply / takeaway operations. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training new traffic personnel, daily work assignments of traffic supply / takeaway personnel, ensuring that line supply / line take away is done efficiently and correctly. This position is also responsible for matching transaction histories with production paperwork daily. This position is responsible to ensure that the correct materials, correct Feeder and correct PO's are being used. They are responsible to ensure that appropriate documents are sent to corporate office to remove and had materials within the WASP inventory System. They are responsible to ensure that inventories are within 98% performing IRA counts.
