Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary Novacart Inc in Burlington, NJ is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team! Novacart Inc is the inventor of the first paper baking mold and is the world leader in design, manufacture, and distribution of paper products for the baking and confectionery industries. Responsibilities Responsible for the virtual movement and accuracy of finished goods inventory, the Inventory Coordinator manages inventory transactions within the ERP system and ensures the accurate receipt of finished goods into the warehouse. This role analyzes and reconciles data across systems, partnering cross-functionally to identify and resolve upstream process issues that contribute to inventory discrepancies. Highly organized and detail-oriented, the Inventory Coordinator executes daily cycle counts, investigates variances, and performs inventory adjustments in accordance with the established cycle count program and inventory control procedures. Experience 1-3 years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics or supply chain expereince Experience working in a warehouse management system or ERP system Experience performing cycle counts and physical inventories Ability to work cross-functionally with warehouse, purchasing, customer service, and production teams

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
