Inventory & Customer Support Specialist (CAD Training Provided) Riley-Gardner Memorial Company Hamilton, TX Full-Time Job Overview Riley-Gardner Memorial Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory & Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Texas. This role combines inventory management, customer service, and CAD-based design support , making it ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and problem-solving. No CAD experience is required—we will train the right individual—but a willingness to learn and grow is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage and track granite inventory, materials, and incoming shipments Coordinate with suppliers on availability, orders, and delivery timelines Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular counts Provide support to customers and internal teams with professionalism and urgency Assist with monument design updates and revisions using CAD software (training provided) Communicate with retail locations and production to ensure smooth workflow Help resolve issues quickly and go above and beyond to meet customer needs Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a willingness to go the extra mile Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous experience in inventory, purchasing, or customer service preferred CAD experience (such as ARES Commander) is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership and follows through A problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do A team player who supports both customers and coworkers Willingness to learn CAD and grow within the company Work Environment Primarily office-based in Hamilton, TX Some interaction with production and inventory areas Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and skill development Stable, long-term position with a growing company Benefits package available (if applicable) Why Join Riley-Gardner Memorial Riley-Gardner Memorial Company is a growing organization with multiple locations, focused on quality, efficiency, and customer care.
