Job Description:

Returns & Inventory Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Returns & Inventory Specialist to support our warehouse and operations team. This role is responsible for processing customer returns, inspecting returned merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with general warehouse and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process customer returns and warranty claims accurately and efficiently Inspect returned products for damage, defects, missing parts, or resale eligibility Record and update return information in internal systems and inventory software Coordinate restocking, refurbishment, disposal, or replacement of returned items Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits Investigate inventory discrepancies and help resolve stock issues Assist with labeling, product organization, and warehouse maintenance Communicate with customer service, warehouse staff, and management regarding returns and inventory issues Support Amazon returns, reimbursements, and related operational tasks Help maintain organized return areas and inventory locations Support additional warehouse and operations tasks as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience with inventory, warehouse, returns processing, or e-commerce operations preferred Experience with NetSuite ERP and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central is a major plus Familiarity with barcode scanning and inventory systems is a plus Ability to lift and move boxes/products as needed Preferred Traits Reliable and punctual Problem-solver with a positive attitude Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Able to adapt in a growing operations environment
