This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting material flow, and ensuring system integrity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology, experienced with ERP systems, and capable of safely operating a narrow aisle forklift. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and system updates Track, receive, store, and issue materials in accordance with company procedures Utilize ERP systems (Mapex transitioning to SAP) for inventory transactions and reporting Operate a narrow aisle forklift to move materials safely and efficiently Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Support production and warehouse teams with material needs Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Qualifications Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing environment Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Mapex and/or SAP preferred) Comfortable using computers, scanners, and inventory software Experience operating a narrow aisle forklift (certification preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting Preferred Skills Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
