Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday (2pm-10:30pm)

Job Summary:

Take a physical count of assigned inventory using Datex via a Honeywell RT10A tablet. Must validate the item number, lot number, quantity, and LPN to the correct locations. Reconcile inventories daily and ensure accuracy and that all systems are in balance (Datex). Work with Supply Chain and other departments on special customer requests, research, and reporting. Essential Job Functions and Key Responsabilities A physical verification of the product will be done using information from our WMS system (Datex) on a Honeywell RT10A tablet for verification. Counting areas daily or weekly based on commodity movement. All adjustments that need to be made will be made using our WMS system, Datex, on an assigned Honeywell RT10A tablet or a desktop/Laptop computer. Reconciliation will be done after the physical count and a variance analysis by customer report is created in Excel and sent to various email groups. The counting and reconciliation duties are assigned by the Supervisor based on the company's and Client's needs. Handle special customer requests related to inventory discrepancies, research, and reporting. Assist other departments with inventory related issues (i.e., A/R settlement, Data Entry issues, Operations receiving/picking data). Deliverables Reconciliation report showing the WMS (Datex) is in balance and explanation of variances. Complete assigned counts and special request timely and accurately. Compile Inventory reports timely and accurately.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be able to navigate a webpage using the Datex Web Tools. Must be able to use a Honeywell RF Unit or Tablet to scan product into/out of the WMS system. A base knowledge of our product and how to identify it is extremely helpful for counting and research-related tasks. Good math skills and attention to detail are essential for the position. Experience using a number pad and basic typing skills are desired. Some movement of the product may be necessary to ensure the correct product is in the correct location. Equipment licensing to a rider dolly is desired. The ability to lift 50lbs is desired but not required. Assistance lifting heavy items is available if needed. Must have dependable transportation and good attendance is crucial.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to work in a Cold work environment. Must have basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
