Monday through Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

Geneva, OH Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth and stability As an Inventory Specialist, you will support daily production operations by moving and staging fabrication parts throughout the shop floor. This role requires strong attention to detail and basic computer skills to accurately track materials and ensure production flow. You will work closely with production teams to maintain organization, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Move, stage, and organize fabrication parts throughout the production floor Perform material handling tasks to support workflow and production schedules Accurately complete material transactions using computer systems Track and report production data through computer and/or written logs Follow verbal and written instructions to meet productivity standards Assist with inventory accuracy and material flow as directed by supervision Operate manual and motorized equipment such as pallet jacks or tow motors as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED highly preferred Reliable transportation Strong attendance and work ethic Basic computer skills and attention to detail Ability to pass pre-employment screening Benefits and Perks $17.50/hr. based on experience Clean environment and potential for permanent hire!
