Competitive Hourly Pay Stable Weekday Schedule Hands-on Industrial Role We are seeking a hands-on Inventory Specialist to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment by managing maintenance spare parts and consumable inventory. This role plays a key part in ensuring operations run smoothly by maintaining accurate inventory levels, organization, and system tracking using

SAP/CMMS

tools. Responsibilities Manage and maintain spare parts and maintenance inventory Perform cycle counts, tracking, and inventory reporting Utilize

SAP/CMMS

systems for inventory control and invoicing Organize and maintain inventory storage areas (5S standards) Coordinate with vendors and support vendor-managed inventory Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure audit readiness Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or maintenance environments Strong experience with inventory control and spare parts (MRO) SAP or CMMS experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment If you have strong inventory experience in a manufacturing setting and are confident using SAP or CMMS systems, apply today to be considered for this opportunity.
