Inventory/Returns Associate Cordova, TN Job Description:

Masis Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory/Returns Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, verification, and processing of returned items, ensuring accurate inventory records, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction efforts.

Contract Role:

Mon-Fri, $22-$24/

HR Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Processing Returns:

Receive returned items from customers or other departments, verify their condition against documentation, and accurately record them in our inventory system.

Inventory Management:

Maintain precise records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing stock, using our inventory management software. Restock items to designated locations and perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity.

Disposition of Returns:

Assess returned items to determine appropriate handling, such as restocking, returning to vendors, or disposal, following company policies. Manage damaged or unsellable items accordingly.

Operational Duties:

Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to maintain a smooth workflow.

Safety and Organization:

Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and adhere to warehouse safety standards, including handling materials properly and working in varied environmental conditions.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift, carry, and move items of varying weights. Stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment that may include dust and temperature fluctuations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in inventory management required. Strong SAP skills required Self-starter with good dependability Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. #MFT1
