Investment Reporting Analyst
CONSULTING
Hybrid up to 3 Days Onsite Full time Boston Massachusetts United States Consulting On Demand Talent About This Role We're looking for an analytically strong and intellectually curious Investment Reporting Analyst to join the Investment Management team. In this role, you'll support reporting for the General Investment Account (GIA) and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and external asset managers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and communicates complex investment insights clearly. The compensation for this role is up to $65/hr. What You Will Work On Deliver timely, accurate investment portfolio reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders, including the Investment Committee and external rating agencies Analyze and communicate portfolio asset allocation and risk exposures Maintain and enhance reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and efficiency Partner with data and technology teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting infrastructure Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs while managing multiple deadlines What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, or a related field 3+ years of experience in financial or investment reporting Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with tools like MicroStrategy or Alteryx is a plus Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Basic understanding of investment instruments and financial/statutory reporting Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly A collaborative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive for continuous improvement What You Can Expect An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.
