Job Description:
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as our Investor Relations & Office Manager. This dual-role position requires strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage daily office operations while supporting investor communications and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and experience working with financial data, investors, and the executive team. Key Responsibilities Investor Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, ensuring timely and professional communication Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events Maintain investor records and databases Assist with the coordination of managing investor funds and documents for new investments Accounting & Financial Support Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and financial records Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures Office Management Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications Support HR-related administrative tasks (onboarding, records, etc.) Maintain an organized and efficient work environment Qualifications 3+ years of experience in accounting, office management, or investor relations Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office (Excel required) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of discretion and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience working with investors Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance Familiarity with CRM or investor management tools Notary Public Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health benefits Paid time off and holidays How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role to: csadmin@cap-sol.com
