Qualifications:

Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT preferred) Strong foundation in imaging procedures and safety protocols Previous experience in an IR Tech or Imaging - IR Tech capacity Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction Knowledge of sterile technique and radiology equipment maintenance

Responsibilities:

Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures Operate specialized imaging equipment to support physicians in minimally invasive treatments Adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and patient data Assist with inventory management and ensure exam rooms are fully equipped and sterile Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients throughout procedures Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless workflow
