Second Nature Lawn Care is expanding, and we're searching for an Irrigation Division Manager who leads by example, loves developing people, and takes pride in delivering the pinnacle of customer service to our customers and their irrigation systems across Middle Tennessee. What You'll Do:

Lead & Mentor:

Coach a team of irrigation technicians—train, develop, and motivate them to hit quality and production goals.

Inventory & Equipment:

Oversee equipment and parts inventory, coordinate loading, and help handle routine maintenance or repairs on trucks, equipment, and small engines.

Scheduling:

Work with the irrigation team and the office to schedule startups, mid-season visits, winterizations, and repairs to maximize productivity and customer service.

Technology:

Leading our implementation and use of technology for customer support, scheduling, and reporting for all things irrigation.

Customer Success:

Jump in on service calls, solve problems on‑site, and ensure every customer interaction ends with a "wow!"

Strategic Input:

Partner with ownership on route density, seasonal programs, and process improvements that keep us ahead of the competition. What Makes You a

Natural leader who's self‑motivated, honest, and hard‑working. Knowledgeable about irrigation systems and their installation/maintenance. Clear, confident communicator—whether you're speaking to a first‑year technician or a long‑time client, you communicate expectations clearly and consistently. Organized multitasker who can juggle schedules, inventory counts, and last‑minute weather pivots without breaking a sweat. Passion for lawn care or green‑industry experience is a plus (but we'll train the right person). Must‑

Have Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly. Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean MVR. Reside within 30 miles of Thompson's Station, TN. Authorized to work in the United States.
