Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Irrigation Foreman to lead our irrigation and landscape maintenance teams. Duties Lead and supervise irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance activities across multiple sites Coordinate daily work schedules for crew members, ensuring timely completion of projects Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently Conduct inspections of irrigation systems, lawns, and landscapes to identify issues and recommend solutions Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution Qualifications Proven experience in irrigation system installation and repair with strong mechanical knowledge Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery safely Knowledge of irrigation systems, water management practices, and environmental sustainability Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing system issues Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, digging, bending, and standing for extended periodsJoin us as an Irrigation Foreman to lead innovative landscape projects that transform outdoor environments!
