  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee our Irrigation team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for sprinklers ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising daily operations, installing new irrigation systems from start to finish, some service of sprinklers if needed. Duties Supervise and lead a team of individuals in various projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. Plan and coordinate daily work schedules for the team, delegating tasks based on skill levels and project requirements. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any issues promptly. Train new employees on best practices in irrigation maintenance and safety protocols. Monitor project progress and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Experience 2+ years of leading an irrigation crew.
