Irrigation Installation Foreman

Job Summary We're a small, family-owned business seeking an experienced Irrigation Installation Foreman to lead and oversee irrigation system installations on commercial and residential landscaping projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise irrigation installation crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards Oversee the installation of irrigation systems including piping, sprinklers, valves, controllers Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies Collaborate with landscape architects and clients to interpret plans and specifications for irrigation layouts Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used Experience Strong mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems, landscaping equipment, and hand tools Knowledge of landscaping techniques and general construction processes is highly desirable Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications accurately Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively with clients and contractors Valid driver's license required Strong leadership skills Company truck provided If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a tight-knit, hardworking team—this is the opportunity for you.
