Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Irrigation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all irrigation duties including Design, Install, repairs and upgrades. This role requires a detail-oriented and technical individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving along with strong customer service

Key Responsibilities:

Service/Maintenance:

Perform regular maintenance, Spring activation, Winterization and controller programming for turf and landscape areas.

Repairs/upgrades:

Repair both commercial and residential irrigation systems and upgrading old systems with current technology.

Customer Service:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships with clients. As well as refer to other lawn and landscape services.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes on customer accounts and invoices including project documentation, and client communications.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
