Incentive's Job Summary:

As an Irrigation Technician at Lawn Authority, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential and commercial irrigation systems. You'll work closely with clients and team members to ensure lawns and landscapes are properly watered and systems are functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform irrigation system startups in spring and winterizations in the fall. Install new irrigation systems, including trenching, pipe fitting, valve wiring, and controller setup. Diagnose and repair issues such as broken heads, leaks, wiring faults, and controller problems. Conduct backflow testing and ensure systems are in compliance with state/local regulations. Communicate professionally with clients regarding system issues, maintenance, and upgrade recommendations. Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and manage inventory of irrigation parts. Document work performed using apps or paper records as needed.

Requirements:

1+ years of irrigation installation or service experience (preferred but not required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Backflow certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain. Must be comfortable working at heights and willing to assist with holiday lighting installs during the fall/winter months. Experience with lighting design/install is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule & Pay:

Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability during peak season. Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunity for bonuses and advancement. Why Lawn Authority?
