Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in irrigation systems, lawn care, and landscape maintenance. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The Irrigation Technician will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality service. Responsibilities Install and maintain various types of irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and excavators for installation and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to integrate irrigation solutions effectively. Provide recommendations for improvements in irrigation practices based on horticultural knowledge. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and installations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems and landscape maintenance. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and excavators for construction-related tasks. Experience in lawn care practices and horticulture principles. Ability to troubleshoot issues with irrigation systems effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
