Irrigation Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Irrigation Technician to join our landscape maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of irrigation systems, lawn care, and landscape maintenance practices. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure optimal water efficiency and healthy landscapes. The position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to deliver high-quality service. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems across residential and commercial properties Conduct routine inspections to identify system malfunctions or inefficiencies Use hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment to perform installations and repairs Adjust sprinkler heads and valves to ensure proper coverage and water distribution Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks as needed to support overall site health Troubleshoot mechanical issues within irrigation systems using technical knowledge of horticulture and landscaping principles Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each project Qualifications Proven experience with irrigation systems, lawn care, or landscape maintenance preferred Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, piping, or construction equipment is highly desirable Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscaping techniques Ability to operate construction equipment safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy equipment or materials as needed Valid driver's license preferred; ability to operate vehicles or trailers for transporting equipment is a plus This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work, landscaping, and technical systems. Pay:

$18.00 - $24.50 per hour
