We're looking to bring on an apprentice who wants to learn the irrigation trade and grow with us. ⸻ What This Job Is About We're looking for someone who's ready to learn the ins and outs of irrigation repair. You don't need experience—we'll teach you everything you need to know. If you like working outside, enjoy hands-on work, and want a job where every day is different, this is a great place to start. ⸻ What You'll Be Doing Helping diagnose and repair sprinkler systems Learning how to replace heads, valves, timers. . Learning how to trace wire problems using a locator. Digging, trenching, and assisting with irrigation installations and repairs Riding along with our lead techs and helping with daily service calls Keeping tools and work areas organized Talking with customers in a friendly, respectful way Following safety practices and company guidelines ⸻ What We're Looking For No experience required—just a willingness to learn Someone dependable who shows up on time Comfortable working outdoors in different weather Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work Good attitude and a team player Valid driver's license ⸻ What We Offer Competitive pay while you learn Hands-on training and room to grow Paid time off after a year of employment . 401k benefits Full-time, steady work year round 40+ hours a week
