IS/IT Manager Kitty Hawk, NC 27949 From $35 an hour - Part-time From $35 an hour - Part-time Outer Banks Blue is seeking a qualified individual to oversee our Internet Services and Technology needs. This is a part-time position for the right candidate.

All departments, vendors, and external service providers

TBD (after-hours and weekend support may be required)

Job Expectations:

Respond to employee-reported issues or requests for help Manage company PC hardware and ensure equipment is refreshed accordingly Manage WAN connections, network infrastructure, firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cabling across all sites Organize and Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, Active Directory, and Group Policy Manage public DNS records, cloud systems, backups, and core business technology platforms Organize and Manage Zoom phone systems, printers, and other company technology assets Organize and Manage company cell phone program and devices Patch servers and workstations and oversee overall IT security posture Support business applications, including Breezeway, Streamline, and the Laundry System application Manage user accounts, onboarding, and basic computer training for new employees Purchase hardware, retrieve historical records as requested, and advise on software purchasing decisions Perform other technology-related tasks as requested
