Show-Me Community Services is a family-owned organization providing individualized supported living (ISL) services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Boone County area. We are currently seeking dependable, motivated, and compassionate Home Supervisors to join our leadership team in the Hallsville and Centralia areas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, maintaining high standards of care, and creating a positive, supportive environment for both employees and the individuals we serve. You will help ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered support while maintaining compliance with company policies and state regulations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines supervision, training, scheduling support, documentation oversight, and direct care responsibilities. Essential Responsibilities Supervise and support DSP staff within assigned homes Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and positive communication Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported Assist with staff training, mentoring, and performance support Monitor implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs), goals, and behavioral supports Ensure documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Assist individuals with daily living activities including hygiene care, meal preparation, medication administration, transportation, money management, and community involvement Participate in onboarding and ongoing staff development Communicate effectively with leadership, medical providers, and team members Transportation to all medical appointments, Day Habilitation, work, community integration. Have flexible scheduling (be able to rotate shifts), and on-call. Requires On-Call rotation. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required Must pass a background screening or obtain an exception letter Previous caregiving or supervisory experience preferred but not required Ability to work flexible schedules and participate in on-call rotation Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to attend orientation and required trainings during business hours Paid Training & Certifications No experience?
