Qualifications 7-10 years of estimating experience in low-voltage or structured cabling projects, especially in data centers or carrier hotels. Deep understanding of ISP construction methodologies like rack builds and pathway design. Familiarity with industry standards such as TIA/EIA, BICSI, and NEC. Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Accubid) and takeoff tools. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for interpreting construction documents. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients. Ability to perform under tight deadlines with accuracy. Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates for ISP construction projects, covering various low-voltage infrastructures. Analyze specifications and drawings to determine project requirements. Develop cost breakdowns and pricing models for both in-house and subcontractor work. Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with actual field conditions. Support pricing strategy and proposal preparations for clients in the data center sector. Maintain a thorough database of pricing and metrics for reference in estimating. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
