Information Technology Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable IT professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing end-user support, managing and maintaining network and system infrastructure, administering security programs, and working closely with vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to keeping up with evolving technologies and IT best practices.

• Full-time position
• Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Due to the characteristics of the job, some of the tasks should be performed after hours or in weekend

Key Responsibilities:

Manage/maintain Windows servers. Provide end-user support for software, hardware, and security-related issues. Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and switches. Perform system administration tasks such as patch management, backups/restores, and hardware/software repairs. Manage and administer Security Awareness Training programs. Manage Office365, Exchange, Windows Servers Handle vendor relations and procurement for ISPs, software, and hardware. Create and maintain clear and thorough process and system documentation. Research, stay current on, and report emerging technologies, trends, and IT best practices to management. Create training materials and train internal staffs Occasional travel to our Tampa, Florida office may be required.

Preferred Experience:

(Not all are required, but experience with the following is highly valued.) Microsoft 365 (M365), Entra ID, Defender for Business Sage 500 or comparable ERP system Virtualization technologies Cloud computing concepts (especially AWS) Active Directory administration SonicWall and Cisco network equipment Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Remote support tools such as TeamViewer Ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira or similar VOIP system (Ring Central, Nextiva, Vonage) Network monitoring tools like PRTG Network infrastructure design Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation with Entra ID Integration of different applications into authentication systems Wi-Fi Access points such as Ubiquiti, Cisco Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Founded in 1987, DW® is a leading manufacturer of
