IT Business Systems Analyst Permanent Opportunity | Stellar Benefits | $90,000-120,000 We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and improve enterprise systems across operations, finance, HR, and reporting functions. This role will bridge business needs with technology solutions, focusing on ERP administration, business intelligence, geospatial systems, and cross-department process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting solutions Support ArcGIS platforms by developing maps, dashboards, and geospatial tools for operational analysis Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Manage and optimize ERP, including workflows, reporting, user roles, and system configurations Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, and system performance Maintain data governance, documentation, and process improvement initiatives Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate upgrades, and manage vendor relationships Support IT infrastructure and collaborate on long-term technology strategy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, GIS, or related field 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, BI, ERP administration, or related roles Strong experience with NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling Experience with ArcGIS or other geospatial platforms preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts for non-technical teams #LI-EM1 #
