to join our Information Technology Department . You'll be part of a mission-driven team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and empowers you to make a real difference in your community. Key Responsibilities Respond to tickets and resolve employee IT issues. Assist with equipment troubleshooting. Implement company-wide innovative solutions and software for all employees (e.g., secure texting, e-signatures, e-interpreters, voice-to-text, etc.). Assist with setting up new hire equipment. Adheres to all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations to ensure confidentiality of both consumer and employee information. Adheres to the CareStar Rule in performance of job responsibilities. Understands and complies with CareStar Policies and Procedures. Maintains confidentiality as related to patient information. Any disclosures of confidential information made unlawfully outside the proper course of duty will be treated as a serious disciplinary offense. Follows the Acceptable Use Policy while using any information systems owned or controlled by CareStar, Inc. Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a college or university. Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. One semester commitment. Self-motivated and possess an eagerness to learn. Willingness to listen and participate in tasks. Proficient computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office programs. Why Join CareStar?
