Configure, maintain, troubleshoot and repair technology equipment such as computers, printers, video displays, data projectors, visual presenters, video conference devices, scanners, cameras, telephones, televisions and other associated peripherals. Wi-Fi and Security Cameras are ran by Ubiquiti Software. Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, FFIEC and CobiT, PCI and ISO Standards to promote an IT governance control framework as it applies to new and existing projects is preferred. Install and configure software applications used by Swan Lake Resort onto company computers. Apply software application upgrades and patches when directed/instructed. Troubleshoot and/or resolve staff issues with technology equipment, network connectivity and software applications. Knowledge of Office 360 a plus. Train and support staff on proper use of technology equipment and software applications. Assist with maintenance of the network servers and infrastructure equipment. Assist with backup procedures. Working directly with guests in a customer service capacity on guest Wi-Fi issues. Maintain and troubleshoot company printers, copiers, etc. Assist users in PC-related issues and training of users for newly introduced software components. Maintain and troubleshoot all company issued cell phones. Maintain company VOIP Phone System. Knowledge of ShoreTel system a plus.
