Equipment Coordinator Department:

Facility Services Reports to: Manager

• Facilities Purchasing Position Summary The purpose of this position is ship and receive all inbound/outbound IT parts, IT equipment and IT materials required to support Rouses new store, remodel, and maintenance programs.

It is also responsible for maintaining inventory controls, performing audits and use of material handling equipment as needed. A valid driver license will be required for pick up and deliveries. Primary Responsibilities

• Unloading, receiving and slotting parts, materials, and equipment into the warehouse & parts room
• Picking, staging, loading and shipping parts, materials, and equipment for delivery
• Coordinating with the IT department and outsider service providers for depot repair of faulty equipment
• Arranging and coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries
• Performing inventory counts
• Building inventory controls and security
• Daily housekeeping and warehouse cleanliness Required Knowledge & Skills

Pay:

From $15.50 per hour
